The following Terms and Conditions (The Terms) apply to the sale of goods and use of the website. Mamiina reserves the right to revise these terms and customers will be subject to the terms as published at the time of ordering.

Sale of goods

All goods shall remain the property of Mamiina until full and final payment has been received.  The risk in goods supplied by Mamiina shall pass to the customer at the point of collection or delivery. Mamiina shall have no responsibility in respect of the safety of such goods hereafter. All goods are deemed to be of merchantable quality and are suitable for the specification and application for which they are produced. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product is correctly as set out in the products information card. All products subject full testing in safety labs.  Any defects must be notified to Mamiina as soon as it is discovered (this does not apply to defects in goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, product modification, accident, negligence by customers or third party).

Prices

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and could be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error Mamiina will at our discretion contact the customer or ask whether it is their wish to continue with the order. Mamiina are not obliged to supply goods at the incorrect or different price.  Mamiina reserves the right to change prices at any time before (but not after) orders are accepted. The customer confirms that the credit / debit card used for the purchase is their own or that they are an authorised user in the case of a business purchase. All Credit / Debit card holders are subject to validating checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the card refuses to authorise payment, then the order will not be accepted.

Mamiina cannot guarantee that the appearance and or colour of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and or colours of the physical products. Mamiina uses all reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of all information held on this website but makes no representation or warranty of any kind expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise regarding the contents or availability of the website or that it will be timely or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the website or server that makes it available is free from viruses or malware, or represents the full functionality, accuracy or reliability of the website.

Limitation of liability

The liability of Mamiina shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied. The Company shall not be responsible for any failure to comply with these terms resulting in consequential loss such as, loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings or any waste of time.

Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure Stripe payment processor.
When you are ready to pay for your order, simply follow our straight-forward checkout process that uses Stripe to securely process your payment.

Confirmation

When you have made your payment you will see an order confirmation page providing your order number. You will also you will receive an email confirmation of your order

Klarna Terms and Conditions

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
